Walsh Named Sales Manager at IMS American Audio-Video
Leading the sales and marketing efforts at IMS American Audio-Video (formerly FOX Audio-Video) is Sales Manager Debbi Walsh. Debbi brings extensive experience in customer service and a wide-ranging knowledge of audio-video products as the former director of material management for FOX Audio-Video and the American Family of Companies.
"Some of the new technology on the market can seem pretty intimidating," explained Walsh. "My goal is to simplify everything into layman's terms so customers can get a true understanding on how each product and system functions – particularly in areas like home and office automation that can seem a little overwhelming. I feel it is very important to listen very carefully to my customers' needs. After our initial meeting, they are usually much more at ease and better informed to make a decision."
