Dominick LaCombe Jr. grew up learning the boat building trade from his father, who is president of American Custom Yachts. Dom Jr. has worked in all areas of the American Custom Yachts' boat yard over the past 15 years, only taking a break to earn his degree in Business Management from the University of Florida. Dom Jr. transferred from American Custom Yachts to IMS American in 2006 to oversee total operations of the audio-video, electrical and marine electronics divisions. Dom Jr. works to ensure that his team maintains the highest level of customer service.

Brian KelleyBrian Kelley

Director of Installation

Brian Kelley joined IMS American as a sales consultant and was quickly promoted to the position of director of installation. Brian is responsible for overseeing all audio-video field personnel, including installation, programming, IT operations and telecommunications. One of Brian's goals is to assist in creating a seamless transition from the initial design phase of a project to its final completion. Prior to joining the IMS team, Brian ran a successful private practice in the health care industry for eight years. Along with his entrepreneurial achievements, he has also served as a licensed community association manager. He successfully coordinated a $2 million renovation project for a community association of over 300 units following the hurricanes of 2004. Brian brings with him over ten years of business and management experience, including business development, account servicing, personnel management, budget oversight, contractor negotiation, marketing and communications. Brian received his B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. He then earned a four-year degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Brian strongly believes in the value of efficiency, and feels that a positive work ethic is the key to exceeding client expectations.
